Nicely stocked smoke shop - Photos taken 10/28/2009
California law requires that to purchase such items as pictured below you must convince the seller you will only use those items purchased with tobacco. If the seller has cause to believe (i.e. you told them or spoke of such use in their hearing), they must, by law, deny you the sale and ask you to leave their shop. Know and follow the rules, no matter how stupid they may be, and you win!
